forum notification feature

It would be nice if sms sound comes when message or notifications come. We can see it momentarily while standing in the background

but I guess for this, the forum may need to f5 itself when we are not active.

This isn't something we control, it's OS specific. You 'may' be able to get a plugin or something, but not something we would endorse.
