Forum nickname not shown in Members List?

Do anyone have the same issue with me
that my forum nickname is not shown
in the Members List at the Top bar?
There were occasions that I went
to the chatroom and was kicked out
because of non-existence nickname
in the Members List.

Did my nickname get lost during the
server migration or ???
If this problem has been explained before,
the mod can remove my thread. Thank you.

In the past, I have noticed my screen name did not show up in the members list either. But I was never kicked out of anything because of it.

I know that I read somewhere (maybe in a sticky) this occurs, but don't remember why it said it happened.
