For Forum posts/links how do you guys manage this?

For example, I've got a list of 25 forums related to my niche, I'm using a drive doc to manage the entire thing.

Register on different dates
Build profiles slowly
Vary anchor texts (does this matter too much from forums?)

I want to outsource the entire thing - how do people outsource this type of work?

I want to know what technique people use, any help?
