I was kindly given access to this database by @Holzr and going through it I really like the way this fella's mind works. The idea is sound - you get a huge list of affiliate-focused keywords that should be easy to rank for, as what is currently ranking is user generated content (UGC). It's a lot of work to curate these keywords, not something that can really be completely automated - you'll always need a keen eye and a logical brain to find the gold. Even though I'm only tangentially involved in one of the niches covered by the list, I'll be looking to start a few sites in some of the others featured. @Holzer is also open to covering niches suggested by their customers, so you may be able see if your niche of choice has some profitable keywords you've yet to uncover.

At this price you're getting a fantastic resource which will probably grow into a must-have for many marketers.

I've been fortunate enough to have a look at the service by @Holzr and it's a great setup here.
There's a few niches on this list that I'm involved in, and one in particular is a gold mine when researched properly. You could quite easily take the content on these UGC platforms, expand upon it and rank easily on it on the basis that your content is spot on, your loading speed is top notch and send a few high quality links to the pages.

This is the stepping stone that many need to get the ball rolling on their next venture. For the niches in the list that I'm involved in, the keyword difficulty ranges from easy to medium. However, I know from personal experience that by writing quality content, you can outrank the big sites that sit in the top ten results.
This is going to save a lot of time and money with the initial research stage and is highly recommended.
