Scope
I’m looking to hire a web designer to create a website with the following components:

- Job board​

- Forum (or just a place to leave a review)​

This website will allow user submitted review, allow users to post, and need a payment portal component for businesses to post sponsored content.

Budget
I don’t have a specific budget only because I don’t know I typical going rate, I apologize.
