Forum help and website builder

Hello, not sure if this is the right place to put this. I am looking for someone that can help me with a forum that does not allow pm'ing by members and is used so that no personal information can be shared? Any ideas or can someone help me with this? At this time I have a forum, but it allows for pm'ing which allows my clients to pm workers which would hurt my business.

I do have a website, but need some one who can help me with it in the near future. As I am thinking Joomla may be the way to go for what I need.


does anyone know of any awesome forums such as this where I might be able to locate a web designer guru for a cheap price?

i would recommend kunena (the former fireboard) if your using joomla - as far as i am aware you can disable profile viewing and also private messaging

also you can use phpbb3 but will need additional plugins

I am not using Joomla at this time. I am thinking that It might be the wise move in the near future.

At the moment, I am wondering what the cheapest way would be to set up a simple forum that doesn't allow pm'ing. At this time I am using go daddy and myforum through go daddy.

is Kuena a person or a forum to connect people with services?

kunena is a native component of joomla

if your not using joomla then probably phpbb3 might be a better solution just disable private messaging

Wow, you guys are great and this looks like a free service to add to my website.

Anyone with some experience with phpbb, that could help me get this up and running quickly, for a low price?

I want to add that I think you blackhatters are awesome. you have helped me learn to post my own cl ads that don't get ghosted and or banned and stick with a high rate. I in return have been trying to answer questions in the tax area as that is what my knowledge is in.
