So i a few weeks ago i enter a contest for 50$, whoever make the most post at the end of the week won the contest. It ended and i had 276 post which was almost 20 more then the other guy who had 258. It was on the forum
So i told the guy he agreed i won then said he pay me last friday.
"Okay payment will be sent when I'm back in my home on the Friday, sorry for the delay.
Thanks for being a good member"
I waited until sunday and got pissed and message him asking what is up.
He then sends me 20$ in to paypal then put up a case with paypal puting my 1000$ in my account at risk along with making my account look bad.
So i refund the money and tell him send me the 50$.
He tells me i lost it after he said i won it.
So here what he does
He says i broke the rules, saying
"You didn't win the competition at the required date"
That other guy put that post up 4 hours before the competition ended. I passed him in about an hour getting up to 278
Now He replys saying
"Actually about 10% of your posts are just agreeing with other members and not adding valuable information to the site, none of those posts count as was said in the competition rules."
So now i didnt lose it by time, i lost it because my post were not long enough, even thought nowhere in the post does it say anything about length so legaly he is debunked.
Now he just doesnt answer me?
Question is what do i do? Ofcourse to get the money back im going to sell signature links but my DP account is banned until oct because my bro got on my comp and made an account so he could make money but the DP admins dont give a shit.
Anyways i thought you would like to know. As you notice this guy has a 93% itrader meaning he has had problems in the past. My account has 10 reviews 100%
