Hello. I have an e-book which I am asking affiliates to market anywhere except for this forum (for policy reasons). The e-book sells for $95, and affiliates earn 30% ($28.50) per sale.
This would of course have a very good conversion rate when marketed specifically towards banned users striving to get back online. You can go to sites such as Digital Point, find as many banned users as possible, and e-mail them, offering to sell them the e-book (with your affiliate link).
