Forum Backlinks- Different Ip Question??

I'm looking to create two different usernames on forums and have one username/member post the question then the other member post the answer with a link included.

Question:

What is the best method of changing my ip address so that the moderators of the forums I choose know it is two different members?

Option 1, go to my local coffee shop or library with free wifi and go about it at that route.. even though ip addresses might show up in same area..

Option 2, use a proxie to make it seem like I am somewhere else entirely.. but if I use proxies, my ip address will be always changing seeming a bit weird..

WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK.. OR ANY EXPERIENCE ??

Personally, I think it's a waste of time.

This is in the link building section so I'm going to presume you're doing it solely for links and not for traffic in which case you should just create one profile and a leave a link there.

What you are proposing seems like overkill to me.
