You can try downloading gooDotgl/TmVUkw which i have been using for a couple of months. Although it doesn't have detailed features but it's free and you can easily Upload new forums for Posts alone. It cannot keep a track of the post. It's still pretty useful while promoting in a niche.

Themaposter automatically post/reply messages to forums but it can not leech from forums.
