Spammy looking ones don't get indexed, those which have been created properly with the right anchor text, image, etc can and do get indexed.

It makes a huge difference for Google if you place a link on a forum that is full with spammed links, or if you place a link on a niche forum with good backlink profile and age, related to your website...
Hello, I found out that most of these kind of backlinks, even though seen by ahrefs and majestic, are not displayed in google by using the command inurl: and therefore not indexed.
Does it mean those backlinks are useless?
