Hello everyone!

I would like to create Forex community. I am going to share my Forex knowledge with others but I have a problem. Better do it on forum about Forex or better to create website about Forex with articles? Or maybe better forum + forum section with articles about forex strategies, news, etc.

Thanks!

if you plan on setting up a forum let me know its name. Most of the money i made is from day trading. About 20% of the trades i make are in forex. Setting up a forum isnt as hard as it used to be. .Very easy to populate the threads is you control it. Forex factory has gotta be the biggest. Maybe study it and see how you can improve on it. Personally I think they could add more tools. Custom scanner service maybe or partner with EA makers. If you can consistenly create profitable signals on there with a decent equity curve that would be a great way to promote yourself. I won several trading competitions and was in the top 10 for several others. It was teh best piece of marketing to promote a service with.

I think you should start with a simple website first. It’s easier to control the content, publish articles, and build authority around your Forex knowledge. Later, once you have consistent visitors, you can add a forum section so the community can discuss strategies and share experiences.

you could create an initial website and write valuable articles regarding Forex on a consistent basis. This way, it becomes more manageable and, at the same time, helps establish one’s authority. Once one manages to generate a certain flow of traffic, they may introduce a forum.

In my opinion, creating a content platform before a community is the right strategy.

Start with a basic Forex blog to build authority and attract search traffic, then add a forum once your audience grows. The strongest setup is a hybrid platform where articles bring visitors in and the community forum keeps them engaged.

I think, a good idea is starting with a website. New forums are often a ghost town. Write articles to get seo traffic first, then you can build a comminity on Telegram or Discord.

Once you're ready, or if you need any help, I'd be happy to assist!!!
We also work with Forex industially , and I'd love to be part of a community of like-minded people where we can share our exp and challenges and work together to find solutions:rolleyes::rolleyes:

If it was me I would start with a good website and / or youtube/X. You also need to have some interesting and fresh content and strategies to share, or you need to be really good at teaching so you can build a community first. Then later you can integrate a forum or other kind of private group on your website. If you go directly with a forum, it would be very hard to compete with the big established forums like forexfactory and babypips

A straightforward website with a built-in community area could work well for branding and user interaction. However, if your goal is community growth, Facebook Groups might be the easier and more effective option.

Ι believe creating a website about forex because it's tremendously easier than creating an entire forum.
