Well, you could just play Fortnite? It's not a hard game by any means and you can certainly get a month's worth of clips out of playing it for a day.
You can also try messaging bigger Fortnite creators on Youtube that have been gaining a following and ask if you can make a compilation channel of their videos/gameplay and give them a percentage of the profits. I've seen that done with a few bigger content creators.
