Format tool is not appearing

I am not sure what went wrong as I don't recall doing anything with the settings... I am not able to see the formatting tool bar while posting (even the paragraph is not changing while writing)... If any one knows what's the issues and helps me fixng this. Its really irritating to see my own posts which looks like so stupid... thanks a lot for your time.. cheers!

In your profile settings select General Settings and scroll down to

Miscellaneous Options
Message Editor Interface:

And choose one of the editors.

Seems to be working fine for me.

its selected to " Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing " but still its not working :-/

even my edit button is not working.. i wanted to edit my earlier post and add the line.. >> Yea, the issue is with me only.. and I tried with Mozilla firefox and Internet Explorer as well.. Don't want to use BHW on chrome so didn't try it there..

finally resolved.. I uninstalled and deleted entries against mozilla firefox in "regedit" and installed the browser again and its working file now
