A couple of months ago I downloaded 2 similar programs from here that basically created an email account and then makes tons of user accounts on several social networks and forums. It also included article spinning and submission aspects to generate content on these accounts and create backlinks.

I just can't remember what they where called! Please help me out

No it wasn't commercial software. It auto created email accounts, then you pick the sites by theme (social, blogs, forums) and then you create your article and submit it to these accounts.
It was very amateur like but worked like a charm to build backlinks quickly.
