Forgot Instagram Email and need to recover HELP PLEASE

So I forgot the email I used for an old account I have that I started using again. Now Instagram is asking me to verify it and I didn't link a Facebook or phone number to it

If anyone knows how to find out what email I used I would greatly appreciate it. Or if anyone can tell me how to find it myself.

Again, I know the password so all I need is the email.

If you can't login, your best bet is to just try and recall all email accounts you have access to.

This has happened to me before and I have around 13 email accounts with different providers - some linked to my iPhone, some not. So I just cycled through signing into them all and using the search function to find any emails from Instagram.
