Hello!
Im a twenty year old student thats planning on sailing around the world next year, which means taking a pause from my studies. And here it starts.
As im a student i dont get lots of cash over for saving. So i thought about getting a boring extra job, as my studying dont takes to much time. But i hate ordinary jobs, cant take em. Its not my thing... Or... Its hell for me. Thats why i started to check out possible income sources which i belive can generate big cash and that i actually can enjoy doing. Anyway couple hours later, i had choosen two possible income sources which : forgein/forex trading or work as a demonstrator / sales men on weekends. I have worked as sales men couple summers. It generates good cash, but it takes to much time and they wanted me to work 100%. And working 100% + studying at same time, would kinda kill me eh ?
So the only way left of my choosed ones are forex / forgein trading. And yes i study economics. Also one of my stronger sides are analytics, So i thought that might help me out alot. But i know its not very similar knowledge, and i believe i will need to study alot technical analysis and so on to achive good results and then find my way of doing it. And as i have been reading half way thoght a basic book of forex trading and one about techincal analysis, i can just say im amazed of how fun this actually seems to be. And thats where i am now ; )
The potentical seems endless, but nothing comes without hard work eh?
And now im here ; ) I found your "forex student position avalible" forum when i was searching for likelyminded sharing knowledge. Because i belive its good to get different perspectives of things, as books often not describe things perfectly hehe.
I think your forex system study thing sounds AWSOME, with system you mean the signals you use and way of analysing charts etc, forseeing changes in the worths and so on? or ?
Anyway im ofcause very intressted in participating in the testing, else i wouldnt write here : )
It would be a honor to participate. As it could probably be my way of actually learning the specified important certain things and techniques that the successful traders in forex know and that could maybe be my key of making good cash. And as im a very fast learner and love economics and analystics, im perfect for it.
Now to the question (Whats money worth to me?): Even as i would like to say money dosent mean anything, that would be a lie as the monetary system we live under means that money is everything, in the living material standard. And money without doubt is power and freedom for the person having it. So it means pretty much to me. And it means i can start my 1 year trip in the sooner future
