Most people sell them through private networking honestly. Telegram, affiliate forums like BHW, direct broker contacts, or trusted call centers.
Just be careful - the niche is full of fake sellers and recycled data. Best way is working through referrals or starting with very small test deals first

It is not about finding the buyer it is about showing that the lead are legitimate unique nd sourced properly. Here compliance must come first otherwise no one would depend on those buyer.

It is not only about fnding buyer but demnstrating their legitimacy, uniquenes and proper recruitment. In this sense the first thing to be considered is legitimacy becuz without it nothing else would make any sense.

From crypto and other finance scams, where people get scammed and deposited money to the "broker". Nobody is selling these lists because nobody has them. There are a few exceptions but its so rare that whenever you hear somebody is selling "recovery leads" it's a guaranteed scam.

In fact, I would be much more cautious. I would ask for the evidence of the origins of these lead nd their exclusivenes nd start using small amounts at first.
Indeed, the market niche is flooded with used lead or even counterfeit leads. I would start by evaluating the authenticity nd exclusivity of the leads first and then test them in small numbers.
