I just started with forex.
i am just trying technical stuff.
i guess there are some people here who do it fulltime.
i would be thankful if you guys would chip in with your thoughts

My only thoughts are - DO NOT GAMBLE EVEN WITH SOME HIGH-END FINANCIAL STUFF

TRY TO MAKE MONEY OF IT BY USING CPA

that's my strategy :nap:

If you're trying to make money by actually trading in the ForEx markets, GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN!

If you're trying to make money by selling 'ForEx Trading Secrets' or some other sketchy product that cashes in on all the suckers out there - GO FOR IT!

As is the case all over the IM World, you'll make more bank selling methods to newbies or fools than you will trying to implement those methods yourself.

Actually if you learn well your stuff you can make big bucks from Forex. A friend of mine is making 250-300$/day with it.

No, he is not - in the long run, he will lose good chunk of money, trust me.

i am currently using rsi index and bollinger bands and getting 7 out of 10 trades successful.
btw i make money using cpa,but as it is completely outsourced i am looking for something more.

try Ducascopy if you want a proper ECN. Others will most likely spike your stop loss limits to get your money. Zulutrade is also something you should look into for easy affiliate cash.

He is trading Forex for 2 years now and he is doing great.
yes some cool money can be made.bcoz its just like any other asset class.
where you can make as well as loose money.
btw did he give you any pointers?

Unfortunately I haven't speak with him for some times now and he didn't give me any pointers... He is traveling all around the world and last time I heard about him he was in Ibiza!

I just started Forex at the begininng of last month. I've traded stocks for the past 2 years, but I'm looking for new oppurtunities.

I've only bet on days that I've seen concrete, continous puts or calls. Sort of just going with the flow. I went from $1,000 to $1,600 in the past month and a half. It's not great, but i'll take it.

is day trading in stock market less risky than forex? what about scalping?
i honestly thing day trading in forex is better.but i am just into the forex game for past couple of weeks,so cant cay for sure.

i m still very scared to touch forex ... i have seen many frnds losing 100's of $$ :|

Forex is like trading options with alot less risk. With options, just because of bad PR or a rumour, you're fucked, but with currency you can usually cut your losses early.

precisely why i like it so much.

Before you start on Forex do yourself a favor.
1)Write down 25 transactions that you would have entered in and track your gains/losses before you actually do anything
2)When you do start making real transactions if you set a stop loss/limit and you are going to actually follow them DONT WATCH IT ALL THE TIME. It will stress you the f$%^ out....

The problem with forex is that there are many black-sheep brokers out there who immediately tighten their spread when it gets bad for them. So do research and look for a good one, could take a while.

I personally think forex is really sweet, because there's plenty of stuffto learn and you can improve your risk management, which is a key-role for everyone who earn fulltime on the Internet. You can set your stop-loss, calculate risk-reward-ration, do all the things you need to be profitable in the long run. But I wouldn't like to be dependand from this tricky market ;-)
