Forex and Email

Hey everyone i cant seem to post on the JV section but i just started in IM and am looking for any advice on what networks have some good forex offers. So far i have been able to scrape close to 60,000 .edu email addresses from my school along with a couple others i have connections with, i know i can send traffic to the addresses from my school as long as its not spam but i dont know the laws around the addresses who i don't go to school with which is around 40k so if anyone can help me with figure out a plan for these offers i would love to talk and possibly work out a deal shoot me message if interested in a JV.
