Had this in my email today. Plans by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) to cut leverage on trading to very low levels. With such a low leverage I don't think the risk/reward for a retail trader would be worth going on. I would imagine that other areas around the world would be expected to follow suit. What do you think?
