Forever hosting / FEHosting issues

So, we've been having immense issues with Forever / FEhosting the last few weeks.
We had a VPS with them for over a year (closer to two).

Then a few weeks ago our server goes down, and we can't get in touch with anyone from there. Seems they are just ignoring us / have disappeared.

Then we managed to get in touch with the Burst.net guys - who it seems are the actual hosting company, and FEHosting are resellers.
They gave us access to the server and we started backing up our files - but then our access was removed again.

Tried getting in touch with Burst.net - but now they flat out refuse to give us access again, so we're stuck with no access to our sites.

Has anyone here had the same issues.
What are my options - are burst.net legally obliged to give us access - it is our content after all.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think so, I had a similar issue with a reseller on another provider and they refused me the access. Also is hard to proof that you have that vps

Thats pretty sad, but keep in mind you must have your own copy of backup.

You must save a copy of your backup at least a week or month. No matter how good is your host... always keep your own backups.

Try to contact burst, show them your domains whois informaiton hosted at VPS , this will give you some proof.
