Foreigner using .com, what to put into privacy page

Hi I'm right before launching an affliliate site (no, not the average aff-site) that should get great amounts of visitors (so I expect the site to get some exposure).
What adress do I put on the privacy page? The namecheap one (whoisguard)? Or my foreign one? When I put a US adress into it, wouldn't that be a risk in case of getting sued or something, cause of geoverning law?
But when I put my German one into it, do people care about it? Aren't German laws more strict in some cases?
