Foreign Tax Identifying Number

Hello, BHW!

I want to start a dropshipping website and I want to wait until I can use 2checkout as my payment providers. I applied yesterday and got accepted today. But I see that in order to get paid I have to complete a w-8, and there it is asking me for foreign tax identifying number, but my business is not registered (I don't have a place to make it the business location, due to the fact that I don't own a house and I don't have the money to rent a place just for this).

What can I do?

add your country's tax ID like Pan Card in India, or if you don't have put anything you like they don't verify.
