Ok im a U.S. residence and have never even left the contry:chairshot
PayPal PERMENANTLY banned me(told me dont even type their website in my address bar).
My idea was since, Foreign countries like China dont require a SS#, I could create a foreign PayPal account in Hong Kong(using a Hong Kong VPS, and then use a Hong Kong maildrop service, and to top it off, even a hong kong phone #.)
Is this breaking any laws..?I plann to move maybe $5-$10k a month thru the account.
