Foreign likes/members?

Just curious what others do about users from third world countries. Do you accept them to your groups to add to numbers or no because it looks spammy?

LoL , most of the community here are considered a " third World " users,
what's the relation between being from their and being spammy !?
when users want to spam they usually make accounts that looks like from US, UK etc.
just do your quick checkup, see profile picture - likes and comments.. you can tell either it's spammy or good.

Just thinking if there's an abundance of comments in a different language it might deter users from countries you want. Maybe I'm overthinking it but if I saw a post with all comments from another country I probably wouldn't like or comment the post/page thinking no one would understand what I write.
