Foreign language videos

Hi all, as things stand with my channel it looks like i will hit monetization requirements ( adsense) in around 2-3 months time. I currently make around $4/500 a month with affiliate earnings. So my questions are,

1. I have seen an opportunity for pretty much creating the same videos but in a couple of different languages. Should I put a different playlists for each language, or would I be better off creating a different channel per language?

2. Can I use the exact videos, but re-narrate them in said language as the original videos would be mine anyway?

3. I have tried creating different channels before, but in different niches, but none of them received any views, It seems only my original channel has popped off.

I would create a different channel for each language, it would be more organized and less confused for your viewers. You can reuse them as they are originally created for you, there is no problem about it.

Create multiple channels for each language, that way youtube can target it to the right audience and you get more chances of conversion of affiliate links
