Foreign eWallets to pay affiliates

Dear all,

Hoping someone can help me/recommend some sites to me. Looking to pay affiliates, but I'm not looking for institutes with a base in the U.S. The United Statsi as we know is not that free country anymore as it used to be, and can pressure anyone and any business to crumble and bend over.

So far I've boarded:
-Webmoney
-Bitcoins

Looking for a few solutions. Currently none of these are of any good:
-Payoneer
-Paypal
-Paxum (CA co, but it's like Statsi's neighbour)

Any other suggestions guys?

You could use Litecoins, which is basically the same as Bitcoins, or the new Panama based "Perfect Money". A lot of people flocked to Perfect Money, now that Liberty Reserve got shut down.

I was a bit skeptic about Perfect Money.

Reason being their website is NOT professional (look at their logo!!!). In fact it looks like it was put together in a rush. I did have a feeling they were outside the US as it was on a .is domain.

Says established in 2007 -> 2013...Since it's just started how has it been 6 years before they released it?
Their about-page doesn't seem very thought out as well; not really a transparency to it.

I think I'll wait with this - Can't be worrying about losing $10,000 overnight. Got burnt with epassporte once for 25K, although their platform did serve me for over 12 months.

Any other takes on this guys??
