Foreign domain worth it?

There's a foreign domain that is aged and has a million backlinks but it is not in english. Do you guys think its worth it to buy and write it in english?

If it's a clean domain and you have a way to monetize and earn it worth more than the normal reg price for that domain.

On top of this, I would also urge you to check for which keywords the domain ranks / used to rank, and in which countries / markets, and check the search volume and competitiveness of those keywords and if you find them OK and have a way of monetizing the traffic you'd get from restoring the previous site and re-ranking it for those keywords... sure, go ahead and buy it if you can afford the price. It's no-brainer

I would stick with the existing language, and create content in that language, there are plenty of solutions that can auto-translate.
