Recently got a foreign expired domain with english content. I want to use foreign language, do I keep the posts in English while adding ones in another language?

If your articles in English rank and if you also have some good backlinks to those pages, then keep those.

You can keep the existing English content and add new posts in another language on the foreign expired domain. Just ensure proper language tagging and user experience

It can be more difficult to rank well in Google search with non-English content than with English content, but it isn't impossible.
