Foreign Distribution Inquiries?

I've received a few emails the last month or so from someone who claims to be from an Iraq distribution center, and they say they are interested in my products. Now, my products are dropshipped Ali products, no special branding or anything yet, nothing different about them in any way other than cleaner images to match my site, and better marketing. Is this some kind of known scam targeted at small IM businesses, or could this be a legitimate inquiry? What are your thoughts? Would continuing with this person in a dropshipping fashion work (receive order and payment, buy bulk product, ship to distribution), or is this something I should be cautious of? TIA
