Hello i have a foreign blog, but i need to translate a lot of things like search text placeholder and other random things, anyone knows the best thing to do this ?

If it is a WordPress website then plugins are the solution. I solve the issue with WPML plugin, but that was few years ago, not sure if its still good. It was free and it was good. Try to google for best translate WP plugin and find tutorials on YouTube.

plugins wont fo the job at all, never trust a plugin to translate languages. but if you dont care about your content just use a plugin

just make sure you make partnership with whom use native languange in the foreign blog. with this kind of partnership, you can focus in SEO and your partner will focus in content. Since Google like to offer better experience for user, both of you can get better result together.
