foreign affiliate programs

I need some affiliate programs that accept foreign(Asia) affiliates and payout online, not checks. Are there any out there?

Hi Spark... ...what does Asia mean? I am into a Network that can deliver to Thailand, Taiwan, Malaisia up to September 2010 - then Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam will follow. Japan will hopefully agree to the beginning of 2011.
