Foreclosure JV

Ok well I have been talking with some people about this, but nothing has really panned out. I want to do a JV with someone that has better Marketing Skills than me. This means I need someone with any experience in CPA or PPC or web development skills. If you are asking me what to do then don't PM me. I need people with ideas. I have thousands and thousands of freshly foreclosed leads. All in the US (obviously) and all accross the country. I am willing to provide these leads as part of the JV and will listen to whatever directions you give me as you see fit. The point of this JV will be to make you a large cut while I take a smaller cut like around 20-40% based on my invovlement.

PS In case you are wondering I work for a nationwide foreclosure outsourcer. We work directly for banks (Chase, EMC, Fifth Third...etc) I have access to exclusive foreclosures with all of the details. These aren't database leads....these are the real thing.

Weird.....two days ago about 15 people hit me up about this...now nothing today.....
