A VPN should work for this, assumed you don't need hundreds of different IP's.

By using a Sock 4/5 Proxy the real ip becomes revealed through flash.

Easiest solution:

1. Buy cheap VPS.
2. Set VPN on it.
3. Use VPN.

Cheap VPS on vpslink dot com costs 8 bucks, and that is less than price for single proxy some providers sell here. On the positive side you have a total control of your ip, bandwidth and everything else. As others already said in this thread, flash is also routed through VPN so no problems there.

To expand on this, get a VPS, set up a VPN on it, buy as many additional IPs as you want at $1/month. That's a rate you'd have to spend on real proxies anyways. No IP or DNS leak or anything.

SOCKS can be used to proxy any TCP or UDP connection, which applies to connections negotiated by Flash applications.

However, if you just put the IP in the browser network settings, that doesn't help because the browser then only uses the proxy for HTTP, which is pretty useless when you've got good stuff like javascript, Flash, and java sitting there leaking your IP.

I don't use Windows primarily so unfortunately I can't suggest any software you can use for SOCKS. Maybe proxy firewall? Not sure though.

Not necessarily.

This topic has been discussed here regarding the proxy detection scripts. Flash (using ActionScript) reads the real PC hardware details, regardless of proxy IP address.

Fortunately, we are moving to flashless in 1-4 years, as we are switching to HTML5.

Ok lets assume i have a dedicated server in Germany, with 200 ip's, running squid (to make each 200 ip appear unique)

Even if I'm going through a VPN, flash will pick out the Unique IP of the server (not one of the 200 ip's running on squid)

Same problem, just not showing your own ip, just your server ip.

Unless there is a better solution to squid to run my programs on sites which use flash in which case, I'm all ears.

Once again, flash/javascript/java will be detecting the "main server ip" if I'm not mistaken, even if you are VPN'n out to your proxified server IP's. So you're stuck with the same issue, but at least you're not leaking your own ip, just the main server ip, while logging in with multiple server ip's to create uniqueness.

(Squid in my case)

So the issue still remains, we need a way to create unique hardware ID's on the fly.

If anyone has solved this problem, has a rigged temp solution, or is working on it (24-7) as in my case, feel free to hit me up. Bouncing Ideas off in private via aim/icq etc. is better when it comes to high-end ideas
(the likes of which could later be sold for thousands of dollars as a software setup)

Another question, is there a better/more solid solution (just as easy to setup) and freeware, to turn an existing squid machine, into a socks5 (all protocol) machine?

Free tip for newer version firefox users out there. Plugin.exe (the new flash container for firefox) can be contained within sockscap & routed through a socks proxy, independent of native firefox proxy settings.
