but what are actually the rules on facebook pages/groups? (the official policies are somewhat inconclusive...)
E.g., can you offer some high interest application/ebook/etc. and demand your subscribers to invites some/all of their friends?
2. I know you can both invite your facebook friends and invite people who got no facebook account via email, but can you actually invite people who are already signed up via the bulk email method if they are not your friends?
