Force users to click before entering X?

I am looking for a wordpress plugin that would allow me to block an area of a site until some of the users that browse the site complete X amount of tasks that I custom select.

That could for example be that they have to fill in their email, press Google+1 and press like Facebook and maybe some other things. Anyone knows of such plugin?
