Force User to Open Link in Default Phone Browser

Ive been using snapchat to get conversions but sometimes the swipe up link doesn't load inside of the snapchat app. Anyone know any code that will force the user to open the swipe up link inside of their default browser like Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android)?

No way they hooked links but they use default webview module of devices.
