"Forbidden" error with all third party instagram apps! Help!

Whenever I try to log in with any third party instagram apps, a forbidden error pops up.
I usually have to put in a captcha on the actual instagram app when this happens, but it's not popping up no matter what I do.
I tried reseting my password, deleting the app and reinstalling it, logged in and out, like pictures, add comments, send direct messages, edit my profile a bit, share pictures, log in through another phone, literally everything but noting seems to work.
Is there anyway I can force the captcha to come up?
Help me please!

I had the same as you. What I did to solve it: Log in your Instagram official app on your smartphone. Go to check your followers or following. A captcha will be shown after the number is pressed. Fill it and u are done!

Like I said earlier, the captcha thing will not pop up, I know exactly what you are talking about though. But no matter what I try, it won't come up. :(

Can ANYONE help?
 
Try this: Log in to your Instagram app on your mobile phone, edit and save your profile data. Or try changing the profile image.

It worked for the most part but I'm blocked from liking photos now. Any idea how long this lasts and why do they block you for liking photos too fast?

I tried this but once again, it did nothing, :(:( I appreciate you trying though

That did the trick, thanks mate.
I believe if you're blocked from using any other function you have to wait till they unblock you, if you are blocked temporary. My advice is to take it easy on following and liking.
 
Glad it's working for others.
However, it's still not doing anything for me. Any tips anyone?
 
stop bumping. and face the fact your account is suspicious as hell. I can even tell its probably been spamming the shit out of instagrammers with by the way you annoyingly bump day old threads.
 
I don't spam them actually.
I'm just reaching out to this community for help, thank you.
