For what black hat activities use vpn/proxies?

Hi, I'm new to Black Hat IM. I started to take action few weeks ago. I read a lot about money making methods in the internet etc. I chose two of them and I want to start working but before that I want to ask you for what black hat activities must I protect my anonymity. Spamming emails, using social media bots and inviters or what? I read that users uses social media bots usually run them on rdp servers, so do this servers also need some additional anonymity? What u usually use to protect yourself while making some black hat things in the internet?

basic 1 is where running multiple accounts like facebook - paypal

So each account must always have same IP from vpn or they can change?

Let take an example: SOCIAL MEDIA.

If you are running multiple accounts on the same platform, you can't create or manage more than a limited number of accounts from the same IP.

In addition, for each account safety, it is better if you ring fence them, making them take differnet personalilties and different settings.

Your accounsts needs to look both to humans and social media bots independent to one another.

You should have spreadsheets and keep track of which proxy is being used for each account.

You need private proxies for accounts and public anonymous proxies for scraping. Private proxies guarantee your same IP and probably won't steal your password. Public proxies change all the time and that's what you want for scraping.
