I was using very easy soft ware to hide my ip when i post in some forums like trip advsior and cruisecritic and it was ok
but since 1 month when i log in a message appear saying that they detected that i use proxy

yesterday i tried hidemy as also its ips are banned
which software easy one cz iam not professional i can use now that dosnot make them detect that i use proxy or banned ips

They have probably implemented an anti-proxy techniques or are using those services. For example all VPN's and private proxy providers proxies are hosted for obvious reasons in data centers, it's relatively easy to build such blacklist. I happen to maintain one.

I would use residential proxy on a custom port, it's a different story to find reliable one.
