For PBN, but there's one problem that bothers me!
Should I choose an Expired Domains or new domain?
Although a lot of people say that Expired Domains used to build PBN is the best! But I still doubt it!
Please convince me! Thx

Seriously ?

What authority or benefit does a brand new domain have to be able to provide any link juice?

If "a lot of people" say so, what do you want more?

It does work, yes. However you need to choose your expired domains carefully. Sometimes they might be banned from Goolge or might have spammy link profile, because were used by somebody else.

It is way better if you choose expired domains, otherwise let them new ones age, probably for years Lol and also build links to them, quality links.
Also choose carefully the providers, as you seem to know lttle.
I recommend @Nargil

Expired domains It's not easy to find!

I am also looking for something easy, let me know if you see it.

I don't see anyone saying to use new domains, I am not sure what reasoning there would be that would put a new domains' value above a half decent expired domain .

If you use new domains your PBN won't have any power for a long time and it will be a lot of effort. I am sure a PBN can be built and be effective on new domains but you have to put in all of the leg work and will likely spend a huge amount of time and money on building it up.

I would suggest you not to go for new domain, nothing better than expired domain for PBN.

When I use PBN as T1, do I need the old domain?

Built PBN with expired domains need backlinks ?
I would first do some serious reading on PBNs. Otherwise you will be just burning money.

Please advise!

Some time ago when I was a newbie I created the same thread.
And I got the same answers from you guys here.
My question is why are you guys so persistent saying a person using new domains as a PBN must be an 'idiot' ?

For your reference here is a result how my ranking changes when I use 1 fresh domain PBN powered up with auto-created T2 backlinks.

Maybe the reason you deny it is much is that you have actually never tested it or you rank this way yourselves and don't want others to get to know that it actually works very well?

I usually don't get into conversations like this any more as people don't want to believe facts anyway, however SEO is testing. Testing is everything.

100% agree, I have started doing something very simialr too although I call it a bridge network rather than a PBN and have seen similar if not better results to you but I have 25 domains rather than just the one.

Fyi I never called anyone an idiot.

I think if you read what I posted you would see that I said they could work but would be more work and cost more. You even stated that you propped the domain up with backlinks, therefore you put work into it.

The whole point of expired domains is they already have the links and authority, you don't need to put the effort in, therefore are better

This is just a test result. Each PBN of mine gets tested according to Matt Diggity's method before is used for my moneysite. I found out that some domains (especially expired ones) have some filters and even though 2 domains have very similar backlinks profile - 1 may work pretty well however the other one doesn't bring any power. I don't want to keep such PBNs.

My apologies for misunderstanding. I put it in quotes and at least this is how people wanted to describe my way of thinking back then. Peace

If you want to implement PBN backlinks, then find some powerful and clean expired domains names. New domain doesn't give you power juice

Buying fresh domains for your PBN, its bound to become a thing :D

Testing is an important part of seo, totally.

My question to you would be;

Had you got a brand new, fresh domain and at the same time bought an expired / aged quality domain and then done the exact work on both, which do you think would have got the better results ?
