This guide is for complete newbies, who are still trying to make some regular cash in IM.

This post is not some secret method or something. Its basic white hat guide which you can find easily on internet. I am just trying to put it all together in a newbie friendly version. No tools needed to follow this guide. It is completly white hat.

This post will guide newbies to start earning from adsense and affiliate products.

All you have to do is follow these steps correctly.

    Keyword Research:

The first step is finding an awesome keyword. There a lot ways and tools to do this. I will explain it here simply.

Open google adwords keyword tool. Log in to your google adwords account (open if you don't have one).

First select a category. I have selected apparel in this example.
Then select the filter options like shown in the image (you modify according to your need).

You will get a bunch of keywords. Now click the download button. You will get all keywords in csv file.

Now open godaddy bulk domain checker - http://www.godaddy.com/domains/searchbulk.aspx?ci=8991
Copy the keyword column and paste it (max 500).

Based on my experience .com, .org, .net and .co are easy to rank. Other domain extensions took more work.

So, select all these 4 extensions and click ‘go' .

You will hardly see any .com domain available. Don't worry. Take other extensions.

Copy all available domains and paste it in an excel file. Now you have to select some easy to rank keywords from that list.

Search all those keywords in google and analyze competition.

These points may help to select a good keyword.

    1. Look for EMD in top 10. If you find .com in it, it bit tough to out rank. You better have .org, .net on that keyword or at least that keyword is "in" your domain.

    2. If you find more than one EMD (with other domain extensions), you loos one point again.

    3. If you see more than 5 domains having the keyword in it, again you loose a point.

    4. Now check the title tags, if you see top 5 sites having "exact" keyword in title, you loose a point again. If the keywords are split or unordered in title tags, thats fine.

    5. Now check allintitle:keyword. Look at the number of results. Less than 50k is better.

    6. Check inurl:keyword . less than 50k results is good.

You have to find a keyword like this. Top 10 results are not having "emds". And the exact keyword is not even in title tag of the results.

These types of keywords are easy to rank and require less seo when you have an emd (exact match domain).

Alright, now you have found your keyword. Now register the domain. If you don't have $10 to register a domain, then use godaddy $1 coupon. They release one coupon every month. BTW godaddy sucks big time. My suggestion is namecheap or something else.

If you can't even pay $1, then register a blogspot domain for free (they are hard to rank).

For hosting you can buy hostgator baby plan and host multiple sites. If you cant afford that, use blogspot.com. It's the best free hosting I can suggest. You just register a free blog design it change it to your main domain. If you don't know how to do it, search in google.

Then write at least 5 articles (not less than 600 words) with pictures and videos. Add a contact us and about us page.

You can use wordpress if you are not using free blogspot. If you don't know how to use wordpress, search in YouTube. There are tons of videos explaining about it.

Once installed wordpress, you have to the list of onsite optimization. I'll few points here.

    • Main keyword must be in title tag.

    • Main keyword must be in h1 tag in your home page.

    • Main keyword should come at least three times (maximum 5 times) in your 600 words article.

    • Write meta description and tags. (http://www.onlinemetatag.com/) I know google says it doesn't use meta keywords tags. But using it will make your site look professional. And we know google is bitch anyways.

    • In footer add copy right and privacy links. And add a link to your homepage with your main keyword as anchor text.

Now on site is finished, then post the articles and submit it to google, yahoo and bing. Don't ping your site. Let google crawl naturally. Just book mark in couple of bookmarking sites.

Now the most important part, SEO.

If you selected a good keyword the following seo plan will be enough to rank you #1.

To rank your site #1 in google follow this link building plan.

    • Day 1 - You finish all the onsite works mentioned above.

    • Day 2 - Bookmarking (2-5 are enough. Don't build like 100 bookmark links). And submit your site to google, yahoo and bing.

    • Day 3 to 6 - Submit your site directories these directories. 50 submissions daily (for 4 days). http://www.vmoptions.com/directory-list.php?page=1 Start from high pr.

    • Day 7 to 10 - Build link push like mentioned in this thread http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...push-stop-read-uc-linkpush-my-500th-post.html . Day only 5x5 linkpush for 4 days. Bookmark them.

    • Day 11 to 14 - Build 10 EDU profile links and wiki links daily.

Repeat from Step 3 again until you rank first. If you have selected good keyword, you should be able to rank in just 15 days.

Now, monetization. You can use cpa offers, adsense or affiliate products. If you don't have an adsense account the buy one. http://www.google.com/search?q=buy adsense account
Lets see how much you can earn. Lets say you have 10 domains like this. So, you get around 3000 visitors per month per site. You should have like 10% - 20 % CTR. Optimize your ad placements and use high ctr theme (search this forum to know how). That's around $300 for per site from adsense. Let's $200 from affiliate products (clickbank and amazon). That's $500 per site and $5000 per month for 10 sites. The money you make may be high or low than this estimate. But it will get you started.

Hope this helps. If you have any questions, try google it and search in forum if you cant find an answer ask here I'll be happy to explain.

Here is the pdf version http://www.mediafire.com/?6yh8l26r9cgujml

    Now go start working!!!

Well, this thread is REALLY OPTIMISTIC.
If each site like that would generate 100$ a month, then I'd be making 1000s a day.

    nuff said.
    Peace.

PS: although its a good guide for starters, just dont hope for 300$ p/m from a site like that, that's what I wanted to say.

I have stated in my thread that money is only approximate. And I dont think its hard to make $300 per month with more than 5000 local searches. cpc more than $1.

You can use scrapebox to scrpae edu profile links and build links manually. If you dont have scrapebox, you can find the footprints here in this forum. Just use them and search in google.

Its really up to the keyword and its competition. But it shouldn't be longer than a month.

Hey OP, Thanks a lot for this useful info. I am getting started on this.

I am trying to make rough calculation for choosing a niche to work on. Pls correct me wherever i am wrong in assuming.

money i can make per month per keyword = (exact searches per month) x (0.4 click from google serp position 1) x (0.1 CTR on my page) x (0.5 googles share in CPC) x (adword cpc)

for example, for a 10000 exact searches per month and $1 adwords CPC being on position 1 in google results I can make

    10000 x 0.4 x 0.1 x 0.5 x $1 = 200 $ per month.

If all this is correct, what theme do you suggest for an MNS that can give me 10% or more CTR ?

I believe everyday is a new Learning and every posts are worth to me when the intention behind writing those lines is to help someone.
This post is indeed one well thought out post and OP made this post to help out others who are new to this Biz and hence this thread according to me is really an awesome rated one.
Moreover, if these lines makes a person earn even $10 a day who was earning nothing earlier then I think this post is worth reading.

Hats off Nap for the efforts made...:)
