I have a website that I have a ?.com? domain name, there are other domains available in the market like ?.net, .co, .in etc?. Should I register these domains and if I do what should I do with them? Redirect them to the ?.com? would this hemp my SEO?

My host is with BigRock, any advice would be appreciated.

It depends if you want to have complete control over your brand, and that is a business decision only you can make. Buying up all your extensions can be quite expensive, especially with all the new ones they are coming out with that will of course have to be paid annually.

From an SEO standpoint, there is not really any value of buying up all the domains and redirecting them to the .com site you currently own.

Before you hire somebody, you should learn the basics your self
Especially keyword research and competition.

then build some web 20 to them manually with your chosen keywords and unique
content,

Don't hire anyone. Rank your site, scale your business, and then start outsourcing your SEO work. That said, you can start outsourcing the link building part even now because there are certain links you may need that you cannot just build yourself.

You should learn a little about SEO before deciding to hire someone to take over for your website.

You need to have at least some basic understanding of how things work before hiring someone or else you stand to lose quite a bit of money.

True...!! From all replies i came to know that at least i should have basic idea and have to find strong keywords and my competitors.
 
I think for seo only you should not buy those . If it any company name and you don;t want others to buy the , then only buy .

If he learn everything than why he need to hire someone ?
