For mods and admin- To launch a new BST

I wanted to launch a new BST here and few more in near future. When I was posting the thread in marketplace, I came to know that I cannot post new sales thread as I have an infarction. I read the marketplace rules again and it says that one cannot post if there is a warning.

Can I get a relaxation for one time? I have one warning currently and it expires December 2018. Waiting for one year to launch new services will be very problematic for me as I am kind of restarting my online work. Can a mod or admin do something about this ? The infarction I got was not intentional and was by mistake. Hoping for a positive reply. Thanks in advance.

Your best option would be to contact the mod who gave you the infraction and calmly explain. There is no guarantee but I do know that other mods can/will not remove another mods infractions.

Remember, politeness is the key though.

You got a year+ long infraction for an honest mistake? What was the mistake?

I have heard in the past that if you contact the mod that gave you the infraction and talk calmly and reasonably there may be something that could be done to reduce the limit but as far as I am aware that was for shorter infractions. Normally the less serious infractions are much shorter though.

I've had some serious infractions lately for stupid posts. In all instances I have apologized to the mod/admin who infracted me, explained why I did what I did, and what I will do differently in the future. I didn't ask for an immediate reversal, but requested if I showed some restraint the potential for a reversal in the future. None of the mods are out to get you, and all of them were chosen for a reason. Contact them and see what's up.

Maybe a mod can clarify, but you may be able to launch the thread in collaboration with an infraction-free JrVip. From the below message, I think that you would be able to control the BST/ reply to queries even if you have infractions, as it only mentions JrVip.

Infractions suck but are there for a reason. It may seem frustrating if you feel you were wrongly persecuted, but generally mods are understanding and will remove the infraction if they feel you have attempted to make up for it/ made the mistake in error.

Edit: Make sure you are clear when explaining/ apologising because, from experience, that can turn your infraction into something worse.
