I use Komodo Edit free version for html, css, javascript, php. It keeps asking my to buy the full version, I'll get right on that

Notepad++ mainly, that thing is just so robust, and I love the little ftp plugin, makes it a breeze for testing.

Recently I've been giving Netbeans a try though, let's see how that goes...

+1 for Dreamweaver with projects defined.

Minor on-site fixes from cPanel, CuteFTP or Midnight Commander whichever falls faster into hand.

The best is PHPStorm from IntelliJ
Products from IntelliJ are the best, trust me. Pycharm for Python, IDEA for Java, PHPStorm for php. All of them have built-in html/css editor.

Dreamweaver...
Love the auto complete options.
For example when you type <div> and click enter it will automatically insert </div> etc....
or in the <style> you enter 'bac' it will come up with a drop down 'background'...
Makes coding a breeze.
