Hello ! I have a little question . I have a website for selling Twitter Accounts . I am ranking number 4 and 5 on the first page of google for a keyword with 6000 monthly searches ! My website gets 10-20 unique visitors a day !

The profit I have from site is betweet 100$-500$ monthly !

I don't have time anymore for it so I am going to sell it on flippa !


Any suggestions for what Price should I ask ?

Flippa average is around 8x monthly earnings.
 
i think $2000 - $3000 is a good deal for selling on flippa. Make sure you present the website good though.

HAHAH! so true actually when people give the good 'ol excuse "im busy with other sites" i hope OP can sell it though before it gets taken down like a zillion other similar sites. #GoogleLove
 
With the recent Twitter lawsuit thing buzz, it may be hard to get rid of it. If it's making at least $100 per month, then I guess you could probably sell it for $1000. That is just the minimum.
 
It's gonna be alot harder to sell Twitter accounts if most people won't have software to use them.
 
My flippa experience tells me to get your website on an auction, rather than a fixed price.. and you don`t need to set any ref price. actually it is recommended to put a ref of 1$ and see how high it really goes :) if the price doesn`t work for you. you can always cancel the sell :)
 
Well..thanks for all your of advices ! I will put a price of 800$ for the site . I will be happy to sell it for that price :D
 
100-500$ per month income is a wide range. Stable income or steadily increasing income is what gives your site the most value. Also it makes a big difference if you are outsourcing the work or have to do it on your own.

why sale better you let someone to work for you and split the income. am i right?
 
It's not really worth much if you're doing a lot of work to make that "profit".
