For How Much Can I sell these sites

Hello, so I have few websites that I would like to sell and I wonder how much would the average price should be to sell on flippa:

Site 1: About tattoos, gets around 100 UV's /day. I didn't monetize it. Content is not junk but it's not highest quality either. 2 month old
Site 2: Same as website 1, except gets 50Uv's Day
both sites have scheduled - 1 article each 3 days, till the end of july.
Site 3: An adult website about photos of a certain celebrity. Gets around 1k-2k daily. 2nd position for the specific search term (40-50k Exact searches according to Google keyword tool). No monetization yet. 1 week old.

I would really love to hear your suggestions.

It all depends on if your traffic is consisent. You need to find a way to monetize it. Selling potential is a very hard thing these days

monotize them...... stick adsense on them or sumthing, see what happens. when i am buying websites I always look at the ones that are making profit, not visitors.

Yep @billbobi is correct I had to tell that to someone today. Potential doesn't sell much these days
