That is totally going to depend on whether we see that recession set in or not. I think it will still take 6 months+ before we see some big movements again.

No. The 6 months comment was for a market without recession/depression. If a recession or worst case scenario depression sets in, people are going to keep their money liquid till things bounce back, so no major money will flow into the stock market or crypto.
