[FOR HIRE] Cloaking Manager

Hi there,

I am not sure if this is the right place to hire a cloaker but I wanted more information on what cloakers people use and if someone out there is experienced in cloaking. We are looking for a cloaker for fb ads as well as adwords account, both for social media services.

Also, is it better just to use some cloaker (person) or an agency for e.g. fraudfilter?

Any replies would be appreciated.
